the lobby was quite the circus when I arrived! it took forever to check in amidst all the noise, and the bathroom had this lovely leaky toilet that was just delightful to hear at night. I almost enjoyed my stay, but where was my complimentary upgrade? a little extra attention would have made all the difference, wouldn’t it?
